[KitBuilders] OpenTracker (round 1) kit building!

Ok, we've got the go-ahead from Doug, N0NAS, to crash the party on 
Sunday, April 1st, and build our kits there.

He says:

I'd be happy to have you there. If anyone was coming east on 694, it 
will be closed all weekend at I-35E. The detour will probably be south 
to Hwy 36, then way east to Century Ave, the east side of North St Paul.

The room is about full of tables already and there are more around the 
station. If you can group together more it will certainly work. If it is 
as busy as last month, I might have to move some people out into the 
vehicle bay but the light is lousy there. We can put two more tables at 
one end of the room.... Yes, probably a good idea to bring some outlet 
strips and a few extension cords. I've got quite a few but will need 
more with more tables.
