[TCFMC Announcements]

We've made the jump in content management systems, from a 4.x release of
Drupal to the current 6.15.  Unfortunately, there was no functional upgrade
path, so you'll have to login anew as we rebuild the site.  On the upside,
this new version supports integration with OpenID, and I'll shortly have
FaceBook integration installed as well.  This means you can authenticate to
the new site using your FaceBook, Livejournal or other OpenID account.

Please use your call sign as your username.  This makes everything quite a
bit easier in terms of site management.  It also makes it easier for other
hams to find you!

Please take a moment to register on the new system at
http://tcfmc.org/user/register

The new site will still support @tcfmc.org mail forwarding, using your site
username (again, your call sign).

The site has been simplified and streamlined.  Primary features will be the
forums and calendar.  Many of the other features were not broadly used and
recieved little or no feedback.

As time permits, I'll be transferring content from the old site to the new
one.  The old site is still available (in a read-only form) at
http://old.tcfmc.org/
