[TCFMC] OpenTracker group purchase update

I've now got 10 OpenTrackers spoken for, so the group purchase will go ahead
on Monday, March 26th.  The group purchase price is $30 each (roughly $10
off retail), including shipping and handling.  More kit builders are
welcome, of course, so email me privately if you're interested in adding to
our order.
